Service Advisor, Daimler Buses GmbH, Service Center Garching

The Daimler Buses Service Center Garching is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and servicing of omnibuses of the Setra and Mercedes-Benz brands. We are a team of 50 employees and are looking for you as a service advisor. We act as the interface between clients, the workshop, and the service center, ensuring a smooth flow of service and repair processes. We maintain a very familiar atmosphere and offer regular working hours. • You ensure optimal customer service and support
• You prepare and conduct diagnoses
• You determine repair and service scopes, create repair orders and extensions, and monitor their processing
• You create cost estimates and ensure cost agreements and their documentation
• You plan and coordinate appointments
• You carry out final inspections and quality assurance measures
• You are responsible for order follow-up, customer follow-up, and active customer acquisition

• Completed vocational training as an automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicle technology or systems and high-voltage technology
• Completed further training as a certified automotive technician master or service advisor desirable
• You have very good product knowledge
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have comprehensive knowledge of all common IT systems (SAP, BusDoc, EPC, ETOL, WPS, etc.)
• You bring high willingness to perform, flexibility, and teamwork skills
• You possess a class CE or D driver's license
