• You design, create and maintain interactive dashboards and standard reports in Power BI (e.g. on market trends or business partner intelligence) for various departments and decision-makers
• You prepare structured and unstructured data with Power Query and create high-performance data models
• You connect new internal and external data sources (relational databases, APIs, cloud services, Excel) and support the maintenance of existing data pipelines
• You continuously check reports for performance, data consistency and user-friendliness (UI/UX) and optimize existing data flows
• You coordinate technical requirements in close exchange with colleagues and help drive data-based decisions in the company forward

• You have already successfully completed your Bachelor's degree and are currently enrolled as a Master's student in the field of (Business) Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, (Business) Mathematics, Statistics or a comparable degree program
• You have sound practical experience with Microsoft Power BI (Power Query, DAX, data modeling)
• You have good knowledge of SQL as well as understanding of relational databases and data architectures
• You are characterized by strong analytical thinking, high self-initiative and a structured, independent way of working
• You have very good German language skills in word and writing (at least C1 level)
• Advantageous: First experience with Python/R or machine learning methods
• Interest in life insurance and market research issues
