• A comprehensive and interesting apprenticeship awaits you, teaching all skills relevant to the kitchen plus additional internal seminars
• You learn, based on the basics of nutrition science, to prepare main dishes, side dishes and desserts
• You organize work processes in the kitchen and help creatively design and calculate menus
• You try out new recipes and dishes and share responsibility for managing supplies as well as receiving goods and checking delivery notes
• During your training you are part of a team with other apprentices (m/f/d)

• You have successfully completed a qualifying Hauptschulabschluss or intermediate school certificate
• You are motivated to learn practical and technical kitchen skills hands-on
• You bring interest in handling food as well as a sense for quality and care
• Creative thinking and a strong sense of responsibility set you apart
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing and communicate confidently in everyday kitchen work
