Events Management Apprenticeship

At Swiss Life, you will learn to plan, organise and run training sessions, large events and digital events. You will receive individual support for your personal and professional development.

• Independently plan, organise and run training sessions, large events and digital formats, then handle the follow-up work
• Develop event concepts that take financial and environmental factors into account
• Calculate and assess event risks while following legal requirements
• Actively contribute to internal projects and gain practical experience
• Attend internal seminars to keep developing your professional knowledge

• You have successfully completed school and have a real enthusiasm for hospitality and events
• You treat guests politely, focus on good service and understand customer needs
• You work in an organised way and keep track of things even when several tasks come up at once
• You already have basic MS Office skills and enjoy using digital tools for events
• You have very good spoken and written German and present yourself professionally
