Working Student Real Estate Management

To support our team in the area of Real Estate Management, we are currently looking for a "Working Student Real Estate Management (m/f/d)" for our Zeppelin headquarters in Garching near Munich.

• As a "Working Student Real Estate Management (m/f/d)" you are part of the team of our corporate division Real Estate Management and work on a variety of exciting tasks.
• In the area of portfolio management, you support, among other things, the documentation, updating and digitization of planning and contract documents for our properties.
• In property management, you work together with the team on the search/selection of new locations, the updating and expansion of our contract database, and the roll-out of a worldwide classification of group properties.
• In addition, you actively work in the area of construction project management on the tendering of framework agreements, the management of ongoing construction projects, and the control of maintenance and repair work on our buildings.

• Enrollment in the fields of Real Estate Management or Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate Management
• Independent and reliable way of working, team skills and high willingness to perform
• Confident handling of MS Office programs
• Motivated, structured, resilient and team-oriented personality with a high degree of initiative, willingness to perform and change, and sense of responsibility
• Good German and English skills, written and spoken
