You analyze the wishes and needs of the customer and react situationally. You look after your fixed customer base and win new customers for Debeka. Our investment in you: You obtain four qualifications in five years: after two and a half to three years: Certified Management Assistant for Insurance and Finance (IHK); after about four years: Bachelor Professional (IHK), Trainer Aptitude Certificate (IHK); after about five years: Bachelor of Arts – Online Study Program Banking and Insurance Management (Jade University).
