Apprenticeship as Management Assistant for Insurance and Financial Investments with Focus on Internal Sales

In your apprenticeship, we will make you a sought-after expert for insurance and financial questions. You will learn everything about insurance and financial investments in cross-location training sessions and at vocational school.

In the branch office, you will take over personal and telephone advice for our customers' contract matters. You will determine the exact insurance needs of our customers and develop tailored concepts. You will successfully conclude contracts and ensure that our customers are fully covered. You will take over appointment management and work closely and cooperatively with our field service employees.

You have a secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife), a (technical) high school diploma (Abitur/Fachabitur) or a comparable qualification. You possess German language skills at least at C1 level. You are interested in insurance topics and want to prove your sales talent. You always think and act in a customer-oriented manner. You appear friendly, confident and reliable in dealing with customers. You score with powers of persuasion and assertiveness. You are motivated by shared success experiences in the team, where honest and respectful exchange is a matter of course for you.

From the start, you know what you earn – the salary is transparently regulated by the collective agreement. First year: 1,455 €. Second year: 1,532 €. Third year: 1,620 €. Awarded Best Place To Learn.
