A work-integrated study programme leading to four qualifications in five years: Insurance and Financial Investment Services Clerk, Bachelor Professional, trainer aptitude certificate, and Bachelor of Arts in the online Banking and Insurance Management programme.

Advise customers in the field on insurance, building savings, wealth creation, and investments; analyse customers' wishes and needs and respond appropriately; manage an established customer base and acquire new customers for Debeka.
