Business Analyst - Data Intelligence Center (DWH/BI)

As a Business Analyst (f/m/d) for Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse, you play an essential role in implementing Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence measures on Debeka's analytics platform and are a key part of the Data Intelligence Center. As an internal service provider for Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse, we develop solutions that make our business areas smarter, more efficient, and future-proof.

• Participation in Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse topics
• Contribution to project implementation
• Communicative interface between specialist IT, application development and IT operations
• Analysis of requirements and creation of solution concepts (as-is/target concepts, weak point analyses, implementation descriptions)
• Data modelling on the various analytics layers (Core Data Warehouse, Data Mart)
• Preparation of data stocks and creation of evaluations and analyses
• Collection and execution of test scenarios, as well as support during the introduction phase
• Organisation and conduct of workshops and training sessions

• Completed training as a Management Assistant for Digitalisation Management (f/m/d), a completed degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Experience in capturing and modelling business-relevant structures (business processes, business functions and business objects)
• Knowledge of report modelling and the use of reporting tools
• SQL skills and experience in working with relational database systems
• High willingness to learn, strong communication skills and teamwork ability
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working and a high degree of personal responsibility and enthusiasm for new technologies
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
