Business Analyst - Commission

As a Business Analyst (m/f/d) in the Commission area, you will take on an important role in an experienced team in maintaining and further developing Debeka's central commission system. You will become part of our IT Commission department and help us develop a reliable software solution for the remuneration of our sales staff.

• Technical and organizational support of the central commission system
• Participation in the further development and modernization of our applications in the commission area
• Collection, analysis, and documentation of requirements from the sales and HR departments, as well as development of implementation options
• Central interface for communication between developers, users (m/f/d), and departments
• Development of technical concepts, requirement specifications, and decision-making bases
• Creation of test concepts as well as independent execution and documentation of technical tests
• Collection, design, and optimization of business processes
• Support of software products throughout their entire lifecycle – from conception through implementation to introduction, training, and continuous further development

• Vocational training or degree with IT background or corresponding professional experience at a financial service provider
• Knowledge in the field of software development and a good technical understanding
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Pronounced analytical thinking and quick comprehension
• Very good ability to structure and present complex issues clearly
• Team player and openness to approach others
