Insurance Clerk in Internal Sales

As an employee (f/m/d) in internal sales at the Celle branch, you work in a team of five, support Debeka's employed field staff and help keep members satisfied. The position is initially limited to one year, but Debeka is interested in a long-term working relationship.

• Advising and supporting members and prospects by phone and in person
• Advising the assigned field staff on all insurance and building society savings questions
• Digital processing of applications and cases, including handling sales correspondence
• Helping to secure and actively grow the existing contract portfolio
• Creating analyses of production results

• Training as an insurance and financial investment clerk with good grades
