About this Apprenticeship
As a sales support employee at the Stade branch, you support Debeka's salaried field staff in a team of four colleagues. The position is initially limited to one year.
What You'll Learn
- Advising and supporting members and prospects by phone and in person
- Advising the assigned field staff on all insurance and building savings questions
- Digital application and case processing, including sales correspondence
- Helping to secure and actively grow the existing portfolio
- Creating analyses of production results
Requirements
- Training as an insurance and financial investment clerk with good grades
- Strong customer orientation
- Good people skills and clear self-expression
