About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is seeking field sales staff for its Rheine branch area, from western Münsterland through Ibbenbüren, Wettringen, Emsdetten and Greven to Steinfurt. Career changers receive practical training and internal courses to prepare for insurance specialist (IHK) and financial investment specialist (DVA) examinations in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and digitally on our range of insurance, investment and home savings products
- Analyse each customer's wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Provide helpful ongoing support to an established customer base and attract new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers, sales experience is ideal but not required
- The ability to build networks and inspire people
- A helpful, trustworthy approach with a high degree of flexibility, independence and commitment
