About this Apprenticeship
Sales team of the Debeka branch office Rotenburg/Wümme in the field. Advising on insurance, investments and building savings. Career changers are prepared through on-the-job training and internal courses for the exams as insurance specialist (IHK) and financial investments specialist (DVA), taken in the first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advising our customers in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, investments and building savings
- Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Service-oriented support of an established customer base as well as winning new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, university degree or several years of professional experience in a commercial role
- Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal, but not a must
- The ability to network and inspire people
- Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
