About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is looking for reinforcement for the sales team of its Saalfeld branch, which covers the towns of Pößneck, Rudolstadt, Neustadt an der Orla as well as the district of Sonneberg and the Saale-Orla district. In field sales you advise customers on insurance, investments and building savings. Career changers are prepared through "training on the job" and internal training for the exams as Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investment Specialist (DVA), which are taken in the first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advising our customers in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, investments and building savings
- Individually analysing customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Service-oriented care of an established customer base and winning new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, university degree or several years of professional experience in a commercial role
- Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not a must
- The ability to network and inspire people
- Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
