About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is seeking sales staff and career changers for its Plauen branch in the Vogtland district. Opportunities are available in Plauen and the surrounding area, as well as in and around Oelsnitz, Klingental, Reichenbach and Auerbach. Career changers receive practical training and internal courses to prepare for the IHK insurance specialist and DVA financial investment specialist examinations in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and digitally on our insurance, investment and home savings products
- Assess each customer's wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Provide helpful ongoing support to an established customer base and win new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers, sales experience is ideal but not required
- The ability to build networks and get people interested
- A helpful, trustworthy approach with flexibility, independence and commitment
