About this Apprenticeship
Field sales role with Debeka's Hannover-Ost branch, advising customers in person and online on insurance, investments and home savings plans. Career changers receive training and preparation for insurance specialist (IHK) and investment specialist (DVA) exams in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online about our insurance, investment and home savings products
- Analyse each customer's wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Provide helpful ongoing support to an established customer base and attract new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers, sales experience is ideal but not essential
- Ability to build networks and get people interested
- A helpful, trustworthy manner with a high level of flexibility, independence and commitment
