About this Apprenticeship
Sales role with Debeka's Köln Land/Bund branch and surrounding area, including Köln-Innenstadt, Nippes, Mühlheim and Brück. Career changers receive practical training and internal courses to prepare for insurance specialist (IHK) and financial investment specialist (DVA) exams in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online about our insurance, investment and home savings products.
- Assess each customer's wishes and needs to find suitable solutions.
- Provide helpful ongoing support to an existing customer base and bring in new customers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Applicants with industry experience and career changers are welcome; sales experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to build networks and get people interested
- A helpful, trustworthy approach, with flexibility, independence and commitment
