About this Apprenticeship

In the sales team of the Debeka branch office in Erfurt (the city area and incorporated villages), you advise customers in the field. Career changers receive qualified training through on-the-job training and internal courses, and are prepared for the exams for Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investment Specialist (DVA), taken in the first year.

What You'll Learn

Advising our customers in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, investments and building savings
Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions

Requirements

Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
