About this Apprenticeship
Debeka sales role for experienced applicants and career changers in Berlin-Tempelhof and the surrounding area, or alternatively in and around Steglitz-Zehlendorf and Tempelhof-Schöneberg. You will advise customers on insurance, investments and home savings plans. Career changers receive practical training and internal courses to prepare for the IHK insurance specialist and DVA financial investment specialist exams in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online about insurance, investments and home savings products.
- Analyze individual customers' wishes and needs to find suitable solutions.
- Provide helpful service to an established customer base and gain new customers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role.
- Applicants with industry experience and career changers are welcome; sales experience is ideal but not required.
- Ability to build contacts and get people interested.
- A helpful, trustworthy manner, with flexibility, independence and commitment.
