About this Apprenticeship
Sales team at the Debeka branch office in Lingen, which covers the town of Lingen plus the Emsland region and the county of Bad Bentheim. Career changers receive thorough training through on-the-job training and internal courses, and are prepared for the exams for Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investments Specialist (DVA), which are taken in the first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advising our customers both in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, investments and building society savings
- Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions

Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not a must
- The ability to network and inspire people
- Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with a high level of flexibility, independence and commitment
