About this Apprenticeship
Sales team of the Debeka branch office Düsseldorf-Nord in field service. Career changers receive solid training through on-the-job training and internal courses, preparing for the Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investment Specialist (DVA) exams.
What You'll Learn
- Advising our customers in person and digitally on our products in insurance, investments and building savings
- Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Service-oriented care of a fixed customer base and winning new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not required
- The ability to network and inspire people
- Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
