About this Apprenticeship
Join Debeka's sales team at a Bremen branch, advising customers on insurance, investments and home savings plans. Career changers receive practical training and internal courses to prepare for the IHK insurance specialist and DVA investment specialist exams in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online on our range of insurance, investment and home savings products.
- Assess each customer's wishes and needs to find suitable solutions.
- Provide helpful ongoing support to an existing customer base and attract new customers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role.
- Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers, sales experience is helpful but not required.
- The ability to build a network and inspire people.
- A helpful, trustworthy approach, with flexibility, independence and commitment.
