About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is recruiting insurance and financial sales staff for its Osnabrück branch. Sales territories include Osnabrück and the surrounding area, or alternatively Melle, Bad Essen and Dissen and their surrounding areas. Career changers receive internal courses and training on the job to prepare for insurance adviser (IHK) and investment adviser (DVA) exams in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online about our insurance, investment and home savings products
- Analyse each customer's wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Provide helpful ongoing support to an established customer base and win new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of professional experience in a business role
- Whether experienced in the industry or changing careers: sales experience is ideal but not essential
- The ability to build networks and get people interested
- A helpful and trustworthy approach, with a high degree of flexibility, independence and commitment
