About this Apprenticeship
Sales team in one of Debeka's branch offices in Hannover. Career changers receive thorough training through on-the-job training and internal courses, and are prepared for the exams as Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investment Specialist (DVA) in the first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise our customers in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, investments and building savings
- Individually analyse customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Service-oriented care of an established customer base and winning new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not a must
- Ability to network and inspire people
- Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
