Career Changer / Insurance and Finance Sales Representative

Debeka is hiring insurance and finance sales staff for the Offenbach branch area and in and around Mühlheim, Seligenstadt, Dietzenbach and Heusenstamm. The role involves advising customers in person and online, and maintaining and growing an existing customer base. Career changers receive practical training and internal courses to prepare for the IHK insurance specialist and DVA financial investment specialist exams during their first year.

• Advise customers in person and online on our range of insurance, investment and home savings products
• Analyse each customer's wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
• Provide helpful ongoing support to an existing customer base and win new customers

• Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
• Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers, sales experience is ideal but not required
• The ability to network and inspire people
• A helpful, trustworthy manner with a high degree of flexibility, independence and commitment
