About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is hiring sales staff and career changers for insurance and financial services at its Leipzig public sector branch. The sales area covers parts of Leipzig as well as Taucha, Eilenburg and Torgau.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online on our insurance, investment and home savings products
- Assess each customer's wishes and needs to find suitable solutions
- Provide helpful service to an existing customer base and win new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers: sales experience is ideal but not required
- Ability to build networks and inspire people
- A helpful, trustworthy approach with flexibility, independence and commitment
