About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is hiring field sales staff for its Biberach branch area, including Ehingen, Ochsenhausen, Senden, Riedlingen and surrounding areas. Career changers receive practical and internal training to prepare for insurance adviser (IHK) and investment adviser (DVA) exams in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online about insurance, investments and home savings products
- Analyse each customer's wishes and needs to find suitable solutions
- Provide helpful service to an existing customer base and attract new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a business role
- Applicants with industry experience and career changers are welcome; sales experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to build networks and win people over
- A helpful, trustworthy manner with strong flexibility, independence and commitment
