About this Apprenticeship
Sales team at the Debeka branch office in Regen (districts of Regen and Freyung-Grafenau), working in the field. Career changers are trained through on-the-job training and internal courses, and prepared for the exams as Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investment Specialist (DVA) in the first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advising our customers in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, investments and building savings
- Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Service-oriented support of a fixed customer base and winning new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not a must
- The ability to network and inspire people
- Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
