Career Changer / Sales Employee Insurance and Finance

Reinforcement for the sales team of the Debeka branch office in Rheda-Wiedenbrück, whose area stretches from Rheda-Wiedenbrück to Beckum, Rietberg and parts of Paderborn. Field sales work. Career changers receive solid training through on-the-job training and internal courses and are prepared for the exams to become Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investment Specialist (DVA), which are taken in the first year.

• Advising our customers both in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, investments and building savings
• Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
• Service-oriented support of a fixed customer base as well as winning new customers

• Completed vocational training, university degree or several years of professional experience in a commercial role
• Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not a must
• The ability to network and inspire people
• Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
