About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is seeking sales staff for insurance, investments and home savings products in the Chemnitz branch area, including Limbach-Oberfrohna, Rochlitz, Penig and their surrounding areas. Career changers receive practical training and internal courses to prepare for the IHK insurance specialist and DVA financial investment specialist exams in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online about insurance, investments and home savings plans.
- Assess each customer's wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions.
- Provide helpful ongoing support to an existing customer base and win new customers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a business role.
- Applicants with industry experience and career changers are welcome; sales experience is ideal but not required.
- Ability to build a network and get people interested.
- A helpful, trustworthy approach, with flexibility, independence and commitment.
