Career Changer / Sales Employee Insurance and Finance

In the sales team of the Debeka branch office in Ulm, you advise customers in the field on insurance, investments and building savings. The branch covers the city of Ulm, the northern part of the Alb-Donau district and Neu-Ulm with the northern Neu-Ulm district; the town of Langenau is also an option. Career changers receive solid training through on-the-job training and internal courses, and are prepared in the first year for the exams to become an insurance specialist (IHK) and a financial investment specialist (DVA).

• Advising customers in person and digitally on products in insurance, investments and building savings
• Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
• Service-oriented support of a fixed customer base and winning new customers

• Completed vocational training, university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
• With industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not required
• Ability to network and inspire people
• Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
