About this Apprenticeship
Sales role with Debeka's München-Pasing branch, which also covers Moosach and Feldmoching. Advise and support customers on insurance, investments and home savings plans, and find new customers. Career changers receive practical and internal training to prepare for insurance specialist (IHK) and financial investment specialist (DVA) exams in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online on our range of insurance, investment and home savings products
- Assess each customer's wishes and needs to find suitable solutions
- Provide helpful service to an existing customer base and find new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a business or administrative role
- Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers, sales experience is ideal but not required
- Ability to build connections and get people interested
- A helpful, trustworthy approach, with flexibility, ability to work independently and willingness to put in effort
