About this Apprenticeship
Field sales role with Debeka's Elmshorn branch, advising customers in person and online on insurance, investments and home savings plans. Career changers are welcome; internal courses and training at work prepare you for the IHK insurance specialist and DVA investment specialist exams during your first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online on insurance, investments and home savings plans
- Analyze each customer's wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Provide service-focused support to an existing customer base and attract new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a business-related role
- Industry experience or a career change welcome: sales experience is ideal but not required
- Ability to build networks and inspire people
- A service-focused, trustworthy approach with flexibility, independence and commitment
