About this Apprenticeship
Sales role with Debeka's Wesel branch, open to career changers. Field sales locations include Wesel and the surrounding area, Emmerich, Rheinberg, Hamminkeln and Voerde. You advise customers on insurance, investments and home savings plans. Practical training and internal courses prepare you for the IHK insurance specialist and DVA financial investment specialist exams in your first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online about insurance, investments and home savings products
- Assess each customer's wishes and needs to find suitable solutions
- Provide helpful service to an existing customer base and bring in new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers, sales experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to build professional contacts and get people interested
- A helpful, trustworthy manner, with flexibility, independence and commitment
