About this Apprenticeship
Find your new professional home in the sales team of the Debeka branch office Königs Wusterhausen, working in the field. Career changers are welcome: you receive thorough training through on-the-job training and internal courses. The team prepares you for the exams as Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investment Specialist (DVA), which you take in the first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advising our customers both in person and digitally on our product portfolio in insurance, capital investments and building savings
- Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Service-oriented support of an established customer base as well as winning new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of professional experience in a commercial role
- Whether with industry experience or as a career changer: sales experience is ideal but not a must
- The ability to network and inspire people
- Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
