About this Apprenticeship
Become part of the sales team at the Debeka branch office in Hameln, working in the field. The branch covers the districts of Schaumburg, Hameln-Pyrmont and Holzminden. Career changers receive solid training through on-the-job training and internal courses, and are prepared in their first year for the exams as Insurance Specialist (IHK) and Financial Investment Specialist (DVA).
What You'll Learn
- Advising customers in person and digitally on insurance, investments and building savings
- Individual analysis of customer wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Service-oriented care of an established customer base and winning new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Industry experience or career change: sales experience is ideal but not a must
- Ability to network and inspire people
- Service-oriented and trustworthy manner with high flexibility, independence and commitment
