About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is recruiting sales representatives and career changers for insurance and financial sales through its Ludwigsfelde branch. The territory covers the entire Teltow Fläming district and parts of Potsdam Mittelmark, including Kloster Lehnin to Beelitz, plus Ludwigsfelde, Luckenwalde, Bad Belzig, Teltow, Zossen and surrounding areas. Internal courses and training on the job prepare you for insurance specialist (IHK) and financial investment specialist (DVA) exams in your first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online about insurance, investments and home savings products
- Assess each customer's wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Provide helpful ongoing support to an existing customer base and gain new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Applicants with industry experience and career changers are welcome; sales experience is ideal but not essential
- Ability to build a network and get people interested
- A helpful, trustworthy approach with a high level of flexibility, independence and commitment
