About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is hiring sales representatives, including career changers, for field sales at its Berlin-Kreuzberg branch. You will advise customers on insurance, investments and home savings plans. Alternative sales areas include Lichtenberg, Neukölln and Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg and their surrounding areas.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online on our range of insurance, investment and home savings products
- Individually analyse customers' wishes and needs to identify suitable solutions
- Provide helpful ongoing support to an established customer base and win new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers, sales experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to build a network and inspire people
- A helpful and trustworthy manner, with a high level of flexibility, independence and commitment
