About this Apprenticeship
Debeka is seeking people to join its sales team in Völklingen and the surrounding area. Career changers receive practical training and internal courses to prepare for insurance adviser (IHK) and investment adviser (DVA) exams in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online about our insurance, investment, and home savings products
- Assess each customer's wishes and needs to find suitable solutions
- Provide helpful service to an existing customer base and win new customers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree, or several years of experience in a commercial role
- Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers, sales experience is helpful but not required
- The ability to build networks and get people interested
- A helpful, trustworthy approach, with flexibility, independence, and commitment
