About this Apprenticeship
Field sales role with Debeka's Berlin-Reinickendorf branch and surrounding area. Advise customers on insurance, investments and home savings plans. Career changers receive practical training and internal courses to prepare for insurance specialist (IHK) and financial investment specialist (DVA) exams in their first year.
What You'll Learn
- Advise customers in person and online on our range of insurance, investment and home savings products.
- Assess each customer's wishes and needs to find suitable solutions.
- Provide helpful ongoing support to an existing customer base and bring in new customers.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, a university degree or several years of experience in a business role.
- Whether you have industry experience or are changing careers, sales experience is helpful but not required.
- The ability to build contacts and get people interested.
- A helpful, trustworthy approach with flexibility, independence and commitment.
