About this Apprenticeship
This position at DEKRA in Burgkirchen is part-time at 22 hours per week. Flexible scheduling by arrangement is possible. Main duties include running the switchboard and customer reception.
What You'll Learn
- Running the switchboard and customer reception as well as receiving and greeting our customers are among your main duties
- You also ensure professional and efficient handling of customer enquiries
- You also take and handle phone calls
- Processing driver cards / company cards and workshop cards
- Your duties include general office work, such as handling written and verbal correspondence
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position desirable
- Career changers with experience in other commercial areas are also welcome
- Routine use of MS Office
- Independent way of working, strong organisational skills, teamwork as well as a high degree of trustworthiness and loyalty
- Structured way of working as well as strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer contact
