About this Apprenticeship
Join the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH at our location in Gerolstein / Trier. The position is initially limited to one year. DEKRA Akademie GmbH is one of the largest private education companies in Germany.
What You'll Learn
- Independently take over all tasks related to seminar and course administration
- First point of contact for customers and funding bodies and run the reception
- Support participants with administrative questions and maintain the database
- Provide teaching materials and certificates and help prepare participant documents
Requirements
- Commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- First experience in the continuing education industry is an advantage
- Proficient use of M365
- Independent, goal-oriented and reliable way of working
- Teamwork skills and strong communication skills
