About this Apprenticeship
The Used Car Management department relies on innovative solutions to support used car trading efficiently and professionally. The position is based in the Hochfranken area of operation.
What You'll Learn
- With your automotive expertise you assess the condition and value of used vehicles
- Using standard market valuation and calculation systems and used car management systems, you properly determine the value of vehicles
- You also inspect existing damage and calculate repair costs
- Support day by day for operational processes at the car dealership, especially in used car management
- You independently take charge of and oversee the used car return process at our clients
- You also coordinate lease returns and prepare diminished value reports
Requirements
- Journeyman or master with a qualification as a vehicle technician, automotive mechatronics technician, painter or in the field of body and vehicle construction
- Several years of professional experience in specialised areas of vehicle valuation
- Knowledge of expert systems such as DAT, Schwacke and Audatex is an advantage
- Proactive, service-oriented way of working and a high level of quality awareness
- Class B driving licence and willingness to work locally in the field
