About this Apprenticeship
Assess used vehicles and manage vehicle returns in the used vehicle management team. Modern technology, training and experienced colleagues support your work.
What You'll Learn
- Use your automotive expertise to assess the condition and value of used vehicles
- Determine vehicle values using standard appraisal and costing systems and used vehicle management systems
- Inspect existing damage and calculate repair costs
- Independently manage and support used vehicle returns for our clients
- Coordinate leased vehicle returns and prepare reports on reductions in value
Requirements
- Master craftsperson qualification in automotive technology, automotive mechatronics, painting, or vehicle body and vehicle construction
- Several years of professional experience in specialist areas of vehicle appraisal
- Knowledge of expert systems such as DAT, Schwacke and Audatex is an advantage
- A proactive approach focused on service and a strong commitment to quality
- Category B driving licence and willingness to carry out local field work
