About this Apprenticeship
At its Klettwitz site, DEKRA brings together great automotive expertise. Around 300 employees work on safe and sustainable mobility for today and tomorrow. DEKRA is looking for an event management clerk for events around the test site.
What You'll Learn
- Independently planning, organising and running events around the test site
- Advising and looking after event and test customers
- Creating offers and presentations
- Creating usage contracts and invoices
- Obtaining quotes and coordinating trades and service providers
- Carrying out risk assessments and safety briefings
- Helping prepare required permit documents and working with authorities
- Monitoring budgets and schedules
Requirements
- Completed commercial training or a completed degree, ideally with a focus on event management or business administration
- Several years of professional experience and experience in events
- Organisational skills and an independent, structured way of working
- Strong communication skills and a strong customer focus
- Confident use of common MS Office applications
- Teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with customers
- Very good English skills round off your profile
