About this Apprenticeship
The Machines & Devices department makes sure that all work equipment, machines and systems meet legal requirements and regulations and work safely. This way DEKRA ensures the highest occupational safety for employees in a wide range of companies and prevents accidents.
What You'll Learn
- You carry out the expert inspection of portable electrical equipment
- Your main field is test equipment monitoring, including calibration of tools, testing and measuring devices according to all relevant quality standards and manufacturer recommendations
- You always take legal requirements into account, such as BetrSichV or the DGUV accident prevention regulations (UVV)
- Afterwards you create precise and transparent inspection reports
- You advise our customers reliably and use your network to expand your customer base
Requirements
- Master craftsperson / technician or technical training as a mechanic, mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification
- We offer the option of internal training as a crane expert, provided you hold a master craftsperson / technician qualification
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Ability to express yourself well in order to write meaningful and precise documentation and reports
- Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
- Class B driving licence and willingness to work locally in the field
