About this Apprenticeship
In elevator and conveyor technology, requirements for protecting people's health and safety are especially high. With growth of more than 5% per year, our department is and remains a future-proof pillar within industrial services, with varied tasks and innovative technological developments.
What You'll Learn
- You are responsible for inspecting elevator systems before first commissioning and after changes requiring inspection, as well as for recurring inspections under BetrSichV
- With your expertise you carry out certifications according to the standards DIN EN 13015 and DIN EN ISO 9001
- You also investigate accidents and damage to elevator systems
- You also skillfully create inspection reports and technical expert opinions
- Through your extensive expertise and trustworthy personality you are an important advisor to our customers and use your network to expand your customer base
Requirements
- Academic university degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable field
- First professional experience as a recognized expert inspector for elevator systems
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Required fitness for working at heights to perform this work
- Strong expression to create meaningful and precise documentation and reports
- Independent, responsible and customer-oriented way of working
- Class B driving licence and willingness to work locally in the field
