Safety & Health Protection Coordinator - SiGeKo

The Health Protection department provides services nationwide for numerous clients in the field of safety and health protection. This includes services under the Occupational Safety Act, safety and health protection coordination on construction sites, consulting in organizational fire protection, and advisory services on the procurement, use, and storage of hazardous substances. Inspections of playground, sports, and leisure facilities also fall within our scope.

• You will supervise construction projects in building construction, civil engineering, and structural engineering according to § 3 of the Construction Site Ordinance and RAB 30
• With your expertise, you advise and support clients and specialist planners in determining suitable measures to avoid work and health hazards
• You create the mandatory documentation required by the Construction Site Ordinance, consisting of prior notification, SiGe plan, and documentation for later works
• During the execution of the construction project, you monitor compliance with occupational health and safety measures through regular site inspections
• You maintain contact with occupational safety authorities and accident insurance institutions and actively participate in the acquisition of new orders/clients

• Academic university degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in planning and/or execution of construction projects required
• Knowledge of occupational safety according to Annex B of RAB 30 – ideally trained as a safety specialist – and special coordinator knowledge according to Annex C of RAB 30
• Proficient use of MS Office
• English skills for communication with business partners
• Strong written expression to create meaningful and precise documentation and reports
• Independent, responsible, and service-oriented work approach
• Class B driver's license and willingness to work locally in field service
