About this Apprenticeship
Varied work in non-destructive materials testing on fixed construction sites and assembly assignments at DEKRA Incos.
What You'll Learn
- As a materials tester you will do varied work in non-destructive materials testing on fixed construction sites and assembly assignments
- You independently and in a team carry out ultrasonic, X-ray and surface crack tests as well as special tests and create the test documentation
- Your areas of work include petrochemical plants, conventional power plants and nuclear power plants
- You work independently, responsibly and flexibly and present yourself professionally to our customers
Requirements
- Technical / trade vocational training or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience performing radiographic and surface crack testing
- Qualification and certification in the methods RT / MT / PT at level 2, possibly also in UT
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Class B driver's license required
